OF CONSTRUCTION-
Hensel Electric offer high quality thermoplastics of their enclosures.
Polycarbonate type junction boxes for complete outdoor application and
Polystyrene type junction boxes for indoor or outdoor shaded applications.
Hensel Electric products are also environmental free with its recyclable
material which meets all environment protection norms also fully non-toxic
because its halogen free & silicon free thermoplastic and Ultraviolet
resistant.
DEGREE
OF PROTECTION-
Hensel Electric offers complete IP & IK protection in their enclosures. As
standard part all the products comes with IP65 protection which means the
junction box is safe from dust and water jets and goes upto IP67 which means
the junction box is completely safe from dust and water which are tested and
certified by IEC. Hensel Electric also offers the highly impact resistant boxes
for a long life as compare to any other product available in the market. Our
product comes with IK08 protection which states that if you are hitting 2 kgs
of weight from 20 cms with 5 Joules energy the box is completely safe.
Hensel Electric enclosures are fire
retardant & self extinguishes which means if there is a fire event the box
will catch the fire and as the fire goes-off, the box will be self extinguish
within 30 seconds and the droplets will convert into powder form.
PROVISION
OF CABLE ENTRY-
Hensel Electric enclosures & junction boxes comes with pre-moulded knock
outs on all sides for easier cable entry as per convenience, which eliminates
need to drill entries. All the knock-outs comes in different sizes in boxes,
which can be used as per requirement. Even in a bigger enclosure size, the
small knock outs are available along with the big knock outs.
GASKETS- Hensel Electric
enclosures come with PUR-Polyurethane (high quality and more life) gaskets
which are internally embedded in the box which means gaskets are integral part
of enclosure. In some boxes gaskets comes out after long time and then the IP
protection is also ends but in case of Hensel enclosures gaskets will never
come out. Internally embedded technology- a patented worldwide acclaimed
design.
INTERNAL
MOUNTING ARRANGEMENTS-
Hensel Electric enclosures comes with self threaded mounting provisions provided
all through inner perimeter of enclosure. Equipment can be mounted in any
direction/ orientation. Even the screws are made of stainless steel which
prevents the screws from corrosion.
GLOW
WIRE TEST-
The Glow-Wire test verifies that a flame will be self-extinguish within 30
seconds after switching off the energy source. In Glow-Wire test the product
must be test at 650°C but Hensel Electric products are tested at 750°C for
Polystyrene boxes and 960°C for Polycarbonate boxes and successfully passed the
test.
